How does the agency creator waiver work?+
When your agency registers on LiveBattle.io and approves you as a creator on their roster, your individual subscription is automatically waived. Your agency's plan covers your full access at no cost to you.
What happens when my free trial ends?+
You will receive an email reminder before your trial ends. If you have not cancelled, your chosen plan will begin billing on day 15. You can cancel any time before that with no charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel any time from your account settings or agency dashboard billing tab. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Email battlebot@livebattle.io for any billing support.
Do creators need their own account if they are in an agency?+
Yes. Each creator needs their own LiveBattle.io account to access the platform, schedule battles, and appear in the directory. However when you are approved under an agency their plan covers your subscription fee completely.
What is a PK battle?+
A PK battle is a live head to head competition on TikTok where two creators go live at the same time and compete for audience gifts and engagement. LiveBattle.io is the scheduling and management platform built around these battles.
