By accessing LiveBattle.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LiveBattle.io is a SaaS scheduling and management platform for TikTok live battle creators and agencies. We provide scheduling tools, battle tracking, leaderboards, tournament management, and agency roster management. We are not affiliated with TikTok.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person. Agencies may register one account per organization.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle as Merchant of Record. All plans include a 14 day free trial. You authorize recurring charges after the trial period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Agencies are responsible for managing their creator rosters. Creator access is contingent on their agency maintaining an active subscription. LiveBattle.io is not responsible for disputes between agencies and their creators.

No fake accounts, no spam, no harassment of other users, no manipulation of battle results, no sharing account credentials, no scraping platform data.

LiveBattle.io and all platform content is owned by LiveBattle.io. User generated content including profiles and battle records remains the property of the user.

LiveBattle.io is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms with or without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
