Terms of Service

LiveBattle.io is operated by Live Battle IO ("Live Battle IO", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Live Battle IO.

By accessing LiveBattle.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LiveBattle.io is a SaaS scheduling and management platform for TikTok live battle creators and agencies. We provide scheduling tools, battle tracking, leaderboards, tournament management, and agency roster management. We are not affiliated with TikTok.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person. Agencies may register one account per organization.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. All plans include a 14 day free trial. You authorize recurring charges after the trial period. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Agencies are responsible for managing their creator rosters. Creator access is contingent on their agency maintaining an active subscription. LiveBattle.io is not responsible for disputes between agencies and their creators.

No fake accounts, no spam, no harassment of other users, no manipulation of battle results, no sharing account credentials, no scraping platform data.

LiveBattle.io and all platform content is owned by Live Battle IO. User generated content including profiles and battle records remains the property of the user.

Live Battle IO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms with or without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
