LiveBattle.io is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Account information including name, email address, TikTok handle, and profile photo. Usage data including battles scheduled, results, and platform activity. Billing information processed and stored by Paddle. Device and browser information for security purposes.

To operate and improve the platform. To send account notifications and battle reminders. To process subscription billing through Paddle. To display your public creator profile in the directory. To generate agency and admin reports.

All platform data is stored securely using Supabase hosted infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Paddle handles all payment processing and billing data as Merchant of Record. Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. We do not sell your data to any third party.

You may request access to your personal data at any time. You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing battlebot@livebattle.io. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

We use minimal session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

LiveBattle.io is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion data is purged within 30 days except where required by law.
