Refund Policy

All paid plans include a 14 day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the annual charge. Refund requests must be submitted to battlebot@livebattle.io with your account details. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Agency subscription cancellations follow the same terms as monthly subscriptions. All creators under the agency retain access until the end of the current billing period.

One time tournament purchase fees are non refundable once the tournament has been created and participating creators have been notified. If a tournament is cancelled by LiveBattle.io before it begins a full refund will be issued.

Please contact battlebot@livebattle.io before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We will work to resolve any billing issue promptly.

All transactions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may be listed as the merchant on your bank or card statement.
