Refund Policy

Live Battle IO offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all monthly and annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.

All paid plans include a 14 day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact us at battlebot@livebattle.io and we will assist you.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. Refund requests made within the 30 day money back window will be honored.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the annual charge.

Agency subscriptions follow the same 30 day refund window. On cancellation, all creators under the agency retain access until the end of the current billing period.

One time tournament purchase fees are non refundable once the tournament has been created and participating creators have been notified. If a tournament is cancelled by Live Battle IO before it begins a full refund will be issued.

Please contact battlebot@livebattle.io before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, tax, and refund handling on our behalf and may be listed as the merchant on your bank or card statement.
